- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments with 5-10 year horizons
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness across business units
- Monitor global disruptors and geopolitical shifts impacting future business models
- Create compelling narratives to inspire organizational adoption of future-focused strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (whitepapers, keynotes)
