Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market entry in future-focused verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for technological paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions with real-world applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future technology implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Strong presentation skills with experience advising executive leadership teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to execution
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
