Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling and systems dynamics simulation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions with future-oriented narratives
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Experience with climate adaptation and ESG strategy integration
