Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Reports analyzing technological, market, and societal disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption, AI governance, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging solutions
- Create predictive models for workforce transformation and skill evolution in 2026 landscapes
- Present foresight insights to global stakeholders at industry conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses or future scenario frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Experience designing and executing organizational transformation initiatives
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with complex datasets
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or relevant field preferred
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Systems Mapping)
