Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce actionable trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state planning
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Foresight, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work or published thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM) or equivalent practical experience
