Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration, neural interfaces, and climate adaptation technologies
- Produce scenario-planning models for autonomous ecosystem evolution and decentralized governance systems
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Deliver executive briefings on exponential technology adoption curves and paradigm shifts
- Architect the company's 5-year innovation pipeline aligned with UN SDGs and ethical AI principles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models and roadmaps
- Exceptional data visualization skills for communicating complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership on 4th industrial revolution impacts
- Experience with scenario planning tools like GBN's Scenario Navigator or Kedge's foresight methodologies
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (Bayesian, Monte Carlo, etc.)
