Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate innovation
- Develop ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and digital consciousness
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Author whitepapers on societal impacts of exponential technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Published research in exponential technologies or human augmentation
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools and predictive modeling
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Security clearance preferred (government projects)
