Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, economic, and societal trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and business models
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across the organization
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-viable concepts and prototypes
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
