Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and economic volatility
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published futurism research or strategic frameworks
