- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with future market shifts
- Curate and present future scenarios to stakeholders through immersive workshops
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Author white papers on ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for technical audiences
- Portfolio published in industry journals or major tech publications
- Experience with horizon-scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies
