Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying technological, societal, and market trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate resilience

- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging ethical dilemmas
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-use-case solutions

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation consulting

- Proven track record translating complex future scenarios into executable roadmaps
