This role combines strategic foresight with hands-on implementation in a dynamic, R&D-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market shifts by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global business adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
