Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead workshops with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for quantum, bio, and AI domains
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the executive board on emerging disruptions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track cutting-edge research
- Design ethical guidelines for deploying 2026-era technologies in regulated industries
- Mentor a team of 3 junior futurists through structured innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating abstract technological trends into commercial roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or major tech publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
