- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy and resource allocation
- Establish innovation pipelines for next-gen technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology ecosystem mapping
- Proven track record of modeling multi-year scenarios with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented
