Responsibilities

- Design scenario-based strategies for climate adaptation, workforce transformation, and regulatory evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation roadmaps

- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to predicted disruptions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive analytics methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executable strategy
