- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in biotech, aerospace, and fintech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author proprietary trend reports published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Design early-warning systems for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Present findings at Davos and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation with Fortune 100 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- Published thought leadership on AI governance or exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend modeling tools (Palantir, Tableau, Gephi)
- Certification in Scenario Planning (WFS or APF preferred)
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global trend analysis
