Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech domains
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on disruptive market forces
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across organizational functions
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present quarterly future-state assessments to the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or long-term trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
