Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology innovation
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Deep understanding of socio-technical systems and ethical implications
