Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future industry transformations
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects with measurable impact
