- Analyze emerging scientific papers and patent filings to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on post-2025 market shifts
- Author quarterly 'Future Forward' reports distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen automation systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on futures thinking methodologies
- Represent the company at Davos-level summits on technology ethics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or R&D leadership with future-facing portfolios
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Nature/Science journals preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience advising boards on existential risk mitigation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech innovations
