- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen business solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or trend forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trajectories (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
