Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Horizon 2026 trend reports with predictive accuracy frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite on disruptive tech adoption timelines
- Analyze patent filings, academic research, and geopolitical shifts to identify inflection points
- Design strategic roadmaps for 3 emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, tech innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Quantitative Analysis
- Proven track record of accurate trend forecasting (minimum 3 validated predictions)
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech convergence domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
