Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and market shifts through 2026-2030 lens
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Author predictive white papers published in industry journals and conference keynotes
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Horizon Forecasting Methodology
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio required)
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., GPT-4 analysis, Trendalyzer Pro)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation publications (HBR, WIRED, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term digital transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
