Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate tech) and map their impact on business models through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for executive stakeholders and key investors
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Identify and assess emerging technologies with exponential potential (AGI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom AI models)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
