- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on industry disruption trends
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) highly valued
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects
