Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead quarterly trend-deciphering workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Scan' executive briefings
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adoption of future-ready solutions
- Present trend analysis at industry conferences and board retreats
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or strategic consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon capture
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech publications
- Experience with AI-powered trend analysis tools
