- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advose on regulatory and policy implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and non-technical stakeholders
