Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools like Trend Hunter or Gartner Hype Cycle
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell Two-Scenarios)
