Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps using predictive market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate post-quantum computing applications
- Author strategic briefs on AI ethics, neurotech integration, and climate tech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype sustainable urban mobility solutions
- Represent Horizon at global forums on the Fourth Industrial Revolution
- Build a foresight database tracking 200+ emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech disruptions
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
