Your insights will directly influence our product roadmap, investment priorities, and market positioning in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to forecast industry trajectories through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic report for executive board and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-concept solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact from trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience scaling foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
