Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate adaptation sectors
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Manage innovation incubators focused on 2026+ commercial opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications in partnership with MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Coordinate with global R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or climate resilience
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategy
- Experience with scenario planning for regulatory and geopolitical uncertainty
