Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological convergence points to map future scenarios (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with engineering, product, and investment teams
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative evidence
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Maintain a proprietary foresight database and trend intelligence library
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Systems Mapping)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
