- Lead high-impact workshops with executive teams to align organizational vision with future scenarios
- Produce forward-looking reports, trend briefs, and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable development principles in strategic planning
- Mentor junior strategists and drive continuous innovation in forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
