Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technology adoption curves and market evolution through 2026

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state readiness initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio performance against 2026 strategic milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using emerging technologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Proven experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK) and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, neurotech, or decentralized systems

- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (R/Python)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
