Responsibilities
- Analyze disruptive trends across quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces to build 3-5 year strategic forecasts
- Develop client-specific future scenarios for Fortune 500 enterprises in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead workshops with C-level executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author proprietary research reports featured in MIT Tech Review and Future Journal
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio prototyping 2026-viable technologies
- Mentor a team of 4 futurists and data scientists
- Forge partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and ETH Zurich's Future Labs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 7+ years applied foresight experience
- Published research on exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech) in peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record delivering executive-level foresight for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented future strategies with measurable impact
