- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term innovation roadmaps with financial objectives
- Present future-state scenarios to stakeholders using immersive data visualization and predictive modeling
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments and pivots based on emerging data
- Mentor a specialized team of futurists, data scientists, and industry analysts
- Author proprietary trend reports distributed to Fortune 500 partners and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation at recognized tech firms
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE/Forbes/HBR)
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Proficiency with futures modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptors through 2030
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
