Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly 2026 Technology Impact Reports with quantitative trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential tech convergence scenarios
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AGI and neural interfaces
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and other high-impact futurist forums
- Build proprietary foresight models using quantum computing and predictive analytics
- Mentor a global team of 2026 trend analysts and scenario planners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or future-focused leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AGI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or neural interfaces
- Proven track record advising Fortune 100 C-suite on 5-10 year tech disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
