Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce actionable foresight reports and innovation roadmaps
- Identify disruption opportunities across verticals (healthcare, energy, manufacturing)
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish partnerships with future-focused research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
