Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing principles into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their market impacts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or tech foresight roles
- Proven track record in future trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation frameworks required
