Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies, market trends, and global disruptions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen frameworks
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our internal development program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption (e.g., TEDx, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience with strategic planning tools like Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and wild card scenarios
