- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities
- Author thought leadership frameworks published in top-tier industry journals and conferences
- Design and pilot prototype solutions for metaverse integration, quantum-secure systems, and autonomous ecosystems
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs for emerging ventures
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published author in futurism with 50+ citations in peer-reviewed publications
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, APF) or equivalent advanced degree
- Executive experience scaling ventures through exponential technological transitions
- Deep knowledge of UN Sustainable Development Goals and ESG frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic predictions validated by market outcomes
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning, backcasting)
