Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight findings into executable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps for 2025+ initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SSC) preferred
