Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Champion innovation incubation programs for disruptive business models
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling executive narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of next-gen capabilities
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong leadership experience in matrix organizations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
