Responsibilities

- Develop and present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and government partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in VR/AR and decentralized networks
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging tech sectors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling grant proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or blockchain
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology fields
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and government entities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful technology commercialization projects
