Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technological roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and sustainable computing
- Lead R&D initiatives for autonomous systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed 2026-vision into enterprise digital transformation
- Develop predictive analytics models for emerging tech adoption curves
- Coordinate global innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Patent and commercialize at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist engineers and data scientists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized future-tech solutions
