Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Theory, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Published research on quantum computing or neuro-technology adoption curves
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercializations
- Expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations
- Certification in ethics for AI development (IEEE or ACM)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Method
- Experience advising governments on tech policy (e.g., UN, EU Commission)
