Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with 5-10 year horizon
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and internal strategic briefs on future trends
- Integrate foresight into product roadmaps, investment decisions, and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven foresight experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences and large forums
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFS) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
