Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and next-gen biotech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological investments with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for future technology adoption
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
