Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design robust, scalable architectures for Gen-Agentic AI models capable of autonomous decision-making and complex task execution.
- Optimize Performance: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy using advanced optimization techniques (Quantization, Pruning, Knowledge Distillation).
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready, edge-computing environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, aligning with company goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is required.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
