Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive strategic vision for Nexus Innovations leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and market shifts to identify high-value opportunities.
- Lead the development of long-term roadmaps, aligning them with organizational goals and market demands.
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner with R&D, Product, and Marketing to ensure strategic initiatives are actionable and executed effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot tactics as necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, thought leaders, and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting within a major tech organization.
- Demonstrated history of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends before they become mainstream.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
